Homeowners were told by the Board that they switch to Randall Management because of cost and other issues
from Creative Mtg. The one big issue that was told to Homeowners is that Creative took our money and switched bank accounts
and did not let the board know anything about the reason behind the move. At the time, someone said they were
not President and emailed and voicemailed homewoners....later to find out that a contract was signed as President to remove
Creative Mangement. Homeowners were not given any advance warning of the switch to Randall Mtg. There is no excuse
to lie to homeowners and not be informed of the accounts they are to monitor. This letter is to show the date and the
reason why Creative switched the money.
