night or on weekends?
A: Garbage may only be set out in the mornings (no earlier than
5 a.m.) Monday through Saturday.
Large items such as appliances,
carpet, furniture, construction debris, etc. are NOT part
of Association contracted pick-up. Please contact Trash Porters at 713-733-1600. Charges may apply.
Q: How many guests may each homeowner have at
the pool?
Rules and regulations allow 2 guests per owner. Glass bottles and animals
are not allowed in the pool or around the pool at any time.
Q: Can I call Trash
Porters if I have a large pickup for trash?
A: Yes, call 713-733-1600. They may
charge you depending on the size of the pickup.

A: You may email wst@westburysquare.org regarding all concerns with Westbury Square Townhomes. This mailbox
is checked by board members frequently each day.
Q: When my cable goes
out, who should I call?
A: You would call Comcast and let them know about the outage
or issues you have with your service.

Q: Where can my guest park?
A: If it is less than 3 hours, they
may park in the front off Chimney Rock. If it is overnight, they may park in a spot that has "Visitor Parking"
If they park in your spot, please put the "Visitor Tag" in the window.

Q: Are electrical and plumbing the owners responsibilities?
A: With
the exception of the common water pipe and the electrical meters, it is the owner's responsibility for repairs and
maintenance of the interior electrical and plumbing. If in doubt, and the item is not identified on the Owner's Responsibilities
