Once
you fill out the form below, someone will contact you. If you do not hear from a committee member withing 5 business
days, please email us at wst@westburysquare.org to inform the committee that there has been no contact (in case something weird happened to the email) They will schedule
a date and time with your and let the committee know the date and time so they can add this to their calendars.
To make this work efficiently, please have all your information, documentation,
evidence, or any other paper trails that will support your claim. This will help the committee make a valid decision
to present to the board for final decision. if you to reschedule or gather more information, please email us at wst@westburysquare.org with the subject line: grievance committee to give us notice in writing that you want to reschedule. Once you
meet with the committee, they will fill out a form with their decisions and the committee leader will then present them to
the board at the next scheduled Board Meeting which are on the 1st Wednesday of each month.
A board member will have the property manager call you and will send a letter with the final result and decision.
If you are a tenant, the homeowner must be notified present at all
meetings with you.
