Questions and Answers
Q: Is the quarterly meeting a time to discuss Fees, Fines or Problems with my Unit or
my account?
A: No, we do not want to discuss individual units during open meetings.
Email wst@westburysquare.org to request a meeting.
Q: What happens if I need to have a meeting with the board because of Assessment, Fees or Fines or other items
that you were felt that have not been resolved by the board?
A:
What you would need to do is to write a letter to request a meeting with the board about your situation or fill
out the grievance form online to request a date. The New Board is coming up with a grievance committeewhich will be
made up of two memebers of the board and up to 4 homeowners (not on the board) to schedule a meeting with owners. Bring
all your emails, letters or times and dates of conversations that you have to support your request. Each member will
give give their input in writting to the board at the next board meeting or if you need to gather more information,
evidence, or facts and would like to reschedule that would be accepted as well. We feel that
this will help with the homeowners having a place to interact and to have a face to face meeting to express their concerns.
Remember the board is here to protect the By-laws, Rules and Regulations and to support the property manangement company to
maintains our property in order to keep our property value up.
