Most of you have not been aware of events since the September Board meeting.  This is a quick run down to let you see a glimps of the events that have occured.  These are all facts!  We have every email, text, bank statement, and voicemails.
This database is a collection of emails and other forms of communication from many homeowners, not just a few.  Read for yourself.  If you want any copies of emails, text messages or voicemails because what you hear and see here are different, please let us know. 
This is not personal, this has been about members of our board that have let the power of control get to them.  This is about proof that the board has acted out in ways that have cost us thousands of dollars.

October 20, 2011102001Petition  Questions EmailThe Board is still questioning the Petition.  15 days later.  They are trying to say the petition is short and it was not short.  They have still not called the Special Meeting.
October 20, 2011102001Petition was validEmailThe board fired the law firm, they were told that the petition was valid and they are suppose to call the meeting and they could be personally be held responsible for their own personal interest and desires.

November 11, 2011 Board changesLetter After several negations, two board members resigned and two members from the other side were put back on.  Kevin was voted in.  Kevin was never mentions in any letters from the attorneys and should have never been voted in.  His name was never mentioned until this day.
